About Laugarhóll
Hotel Laugarhóll is a family-run guest house in Bjarnarfjörður, a lush valley in Strandir, halfway between Ísafjörður and Reykjavík.
Built between 1963 and 1965, the house was originally a boarding school for children from the age of 6 to 15.
Accommodation is available in single, twin and triple rooms with or without a private bathroom. Group accommodation of up to 40 people with made-up beds is also available.
At Laugarhóll there is a homely restaurant, a cozy lounge with free internet, an event hall, a warm hot-spring swimming pool and a natural hot-tub. Nearby is a campsite with running water and toilets.
