Hótel Laugarhóll has been very popular in recent years with both beginner and advanced cross-country skiing groups. The environment around Bjarnarfjörður and up to Árneshreppur is extremely versatile and fun to ski. Just keep in mind that this is Iceland. The weather can be unreliable to say the least.
