From Reykjavík the distance to Hotel Laugarhóll is ca 260 km, about three hours of driving.

Take ring-road 1 north from Reykjavík, drive through Borgarnes and turn left onto road 60 for Búðardalur; turn right on road 61 to Hólmavík. GPS N65° 46' 51.958" W21° 31' 13.251"

From Hólmavík to Hotel Laugarhóll (25 km) take road 61 direction Ísafjörður. After about 10 km turn right onto Strandavegur 643. Drive for another 8 km, then take a left direction Nordurfjörður over Bjarnarfjarðarháls mountain and down to the valley. Cross the bridge over Bjarnarfjarðará river. Drive for 1 km and Hotel Laugarhóll is the white building on your left.

From Ísafjörður leave on road no. 61 in the direction of villages Súðavík and then Hólmavík.

After driving over Steingrímsfjarðarheiði turn left onto Strandavegur road no. 643 and drive for about 16 km towards Norðurfjörður. Hótel Laugarhóll is on the left hand side.
